Mini Custom - Hypno/Meditations

Use this to help nurture you as you navigate your own personal healing journey. You can include 2 intentions you'd like to focus on and we'll create a 20 minute audio recording. 

Use for at least 60 days at night before you go to bed. Play during the day (when you're home and resting). Grab multiple and rotate with the recordings to help curate your own customized healing journey.

At checkout please include your two intentions (for each audio you purchase) in the note section. If unable to leave it in the notes section, please send us an email and include your order number, with your intentions.
