I personally love to lay with a piece of selenite on my chest, throat or forehead and it's helped me clear up congestion and pain from sinuses, cold, ear infection, etc. I even use it when having pain in my feet, by place my feet on one of our spiral wand and rolling them.

Also a great way to help clear energy and connect you with your angelic and or ancestral team if you're feeling blocked or cluttered emotionally and mentally.

Good for helping to reset communication within your relationship when things are getting tense and communication is not being affective.
