IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO MOVE!!! 

You're already beyond the breakthrough season. NOW, you're in a season of ALLOWING... You had gotten used to the pain and pressure. You created long-term investments in what was supposed to be a short-term experience. Read that again. 

Now it's time for you to allow yourself to shift intk your space and experiences of pleasure. You're being called, maybe even forced, to do something different and remember who the fuck you are.

Let me give you an example love...

I've been working on declutteting my house. My room has looked like a tornado hit it half the time. Clothes everywhere. Documents stacked on the dining room table as I scanned and get them ready to shred. It's been quite the emotional and energetic experience as I've squished everything from a bigger house, into a house half it's size, so I could rehab it. My storage building is busting at its seems. I can't even find my stand mixer (cus now i wanna bake cakes in the midst of all of this🤣😭)

I got off track. I started acting as if I was just gonna be here longterm. I got comfortable. But this was always temporary!! So it became extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't/isn't where I'm supposed to be long-term. I had a conversation with spirit and I recognized it, how my location was affecting my ability to receive. This home literally has no more room for anything else. 

Its also kinda like trying to squeeze an apple into a grape. 

You're feeling like that. You don't have room for anything else. Filled to the brim with everything because you've been holding it all in. Being everything for everyone one. The number one in your office or business. The family matriarch/patriarch. The one in your friends circle that everyone knows is THAT PERSON... you know what I'm talking about because you're just like me. You will become the devil and act a mf fool about the people you love. 

There's a fire raging in you, almost feeling like it's burning you now. Somehow you've managed to barely keep it in check but you know. You know it's time. It's been time! You're finally ready, hell you're beyond ready for some relief! 

You just wanted some help. Inside you've been begging God/Spirit for help! You've been ready, beyond ready to burn aaaaallllll this shit down!!🔥🔥

In your head you've literally been saying these mf just don't know how close i am to exploding and saying fuck it all! 

Because baby you're not new to this, you've been true to this! AND THAT'S THE PROBLEM! 

You got stuck in warrior mode. You've been so strong for so long you don't even know how to loosen up and enjoy life like a "normal person".

Now let me be honest. I know this type of healing session isn't for everybody. And that's no shade. It's intensive 😬 and will get uncomfortable as fuck. You gotta have a certain emotional, mental and spiritual stamina to be able to sit in this type of space. But one thing I can say is it damn sure works!

So I'm asking you for one day. You've squished yourself down in the current pain, forcing yourself to endure so you stay focused on all the things demanding your attention. Telling yourself you don't have time, you'll give yourself some attention later. 

I'm speaking from experience, baby you don't have time! I've been exactly where you are. And it almost took me up outta here. My fire was burning so hot it caused stomach problems, I started making mistakes because I couldn't think straight, I was snapping at everybody. The longer you try to force it down and contain it, the more painful it becomes for you. That rage you feel, it's because you've been holding everything in and your container about to burst! 

So give me one day. One day with me and you, and we're gonna work through all the pent up bullshit and get you some relief. And yes, you're gonna have work to do after. Tou know this. We're gonna get you unstuck and decluttered.
